Sometimes I wish that proteins were just understood better. It's a necessary item that should be considered when spending funds on nourishment. There are difficult and expensive and delicious and tempting and easy and sweet ways to get proteins. Mix it up to make getting the proteins easier in the path of life.
Planning ahead seems to be the approach to making some changes fit in.
So busy night of the week includes protein supplement sources and free evenings allow for creative cooking of other sources of proteins like meats or lentils.
Breakfasts include a dose of banana protein supplement into oatmeal, perhaps.
Protein's value is worth the effort it takes to add this into the day's routine.
Protein supplements are the splash to make it fly a bit newly.
